Gmail for business

As we know Google mail / Gmail, we all have a Gmail id. Without Gmail smartphone will an empty box, I guess. Google tries to keep its monopoly to use Gmail for Android play store apps. For extent, Google launched Gmail for business. With advanced features and security enabled. Gmail for business can be managed from the admin portal to block suspicious mail domain and ids.

Limitation of Gmail for business

Message Size: Using Gmail for business you can send mail with attachment 25 GB Max. This limit is fixed for Personal Gmail users also.

We recommend you to use google drive for larger files sharing. There is no other option to attach files more than 25 GB Gmail business as well personal. Attachment Types: Google will not allow to send or receive executable file types (“.EXE”). Even.EXE files you can’t send via compressed/zipped way like .zip, .rar and .7zip etc.

Number of Recipients:

  1. Using web-mail via gmail.com interface. You have a max number of recipients for one message is 500.
  2. When using the account in email clients (Thunderbird, Outlook, Opera mail etc.). The max number of recipients for one message is 100.  When you are using G Suite mail / Gmail through SMTP, POP, IMAP you have permission to send email 100 mail ids only.
