Check power adopter & power cable. Check complete adopter may be it is burned.

In this case, you need to replace your power adapter. Is the computer actually plugged into a working electrical outlet? If plugged check the power strip, make sure it is actually working.

Check the LED Power Indicators to see the Laptop power status.

Connections check the complete connection from power socket to laptop end. There could be a loose connection.

You can use a bootable Antivirus which will check the boot related issue. And will clean all virus from your laptop. If still laptop not working then the only option is to reformat the laptop. Reinstall the operating system from the CDs. You will need all the drivers CDs at the time of installation.

If you turn on your laptop and cannot see the CD-ROM or any other removable drives. Like DVD-ROM drive in the Computer window. This problem is common for laptop and notebook computers. It may be caused by a failed driver or by corrupted software. If its a removable drive try taking it out and plugging it in again. Failing that you may need to reinstall the drivers. A quick search on the internet and you should be able to find the latest ones.

Dropped Laptop

Unfortunately when your laptop dropped somewhere. And cracked the case to smashing the screen. Many older laptops have modular parts that can be replaced. But now the newer and smaller laptops have everything integrated on the motherboard.  A newer technology-based laptop may be more expensive for repairing. In some cases, depending on the damage done. It can be cheaper to replace the whole laptop than have it repaired.
