Steps : Go to Acrobat > Edit > Preferences > General > uncheck Save online storage space when saving files and also when opening files.
Do Uncheck / keep unchecked following two option in Acrobat Professional DC
- Show Online Storage when opening files
- Show Online Storage when saving files
